Management reserves the right to exchange performing artists based upon availability and will use its reasonable judgement and best efforts to offer similar music performances based upon the genre anticipated in the unlikely event of artist cancellation or availability issues.

The Iridium is hereby fully empowered and authorized to withdraw and pay funds from the undersigned account for the payment of any and all charges billable to the account first identified above. I understand that the amount may vary according to the products and/or services purchased, contracted and/or received. It is understood and agreed that The Iridium shall not be required to pay any funds as a result of these instructions if there are insufficient funds in the account. The Iridium shall be indemnified and held harmless from any loss suffered or liability incurred by reason of any act or omission made in compliance with the authorization contained herein. The authority and indemnification hereby conferred shall remain in full force and effect unless and until expressly revoked or modified at least thirty (30) days prior to the date any proposed revocation or modification is to become effective. If The Iridium is unable to process my payment, I will be responsible for an alternate payment arrangement and any resulting fees.

I understand submitting this request does not guarantee my reservation. I understand a 50% deposit payment is required to complete this reservation. My deposit payment is not processed until my reservation request has been accepted by management AND I have electronically signed my Group Reservation Acceptance Form online. I understand my reservation is not guaranteed until I have faxed my signed Group Reservation Acceptance Form to management. I understand if I am paying by check, check(s) must be received and reservation paid in full thirty (30) days in advance of my reservation date or my reservation will be cancelled. It is my responsibility to complete the Menu Information section for all of my attendees at least 72 hours (three full days) in advance of my group reservation. I understand my reservation will only be held for 15 minutes past the contracted time of the event and I must call and speak to a manager if my group will be late.
